Description
Thick-cut smoked bacon from Pen and Plow Farm’s pastured pigs, sold in 1-pound packages. Our pigs have room to run, root, and explore at our farm in Hawley, Massachusetts.
Advance purchase: Processing is scheduled for October 26, 2026. Pickup timing will be confirmed afterward; smoked products may be ready later than fresh cuts.
Pickup by arrangement: We’ll contact you to coordinate a time and meeting location. We anticipate coordinating pickup in North Adams, Williamstown, and Pittsfield. Please include your preferred town in the order notes.
Price: $17 per 1-pound package. Quantity 1 means one package.
Illustrated serving suggestion. Bacon is supplied packaged for preparation at home; cookware is not included.
