Breakfast sausage from Pen and Plow Farm’s pastured pigs, sold bulk in 1-pound packages. Shape it into patties for the skillet or crumble it into your favorite breakfast dishes. Our pigs have room to run, root, and explore at our farm in Hawley, Massachusetts.

Pickup by arrangement: We’ll contact you to coordinate a time and meeting location. We anticipate coordinating pickup in North Adams, Williamstown, and Pittsfield. Please include your preferred town in the order notes.
